That Minority

I cannot believe that I have been blogging since March 27 2018…that’s 6 years already, that is many articles, many thoughts..
I was thinking about a blog I wrote years ago after I heard a podcast with Oprah Winfrey wo said she was happy to do what she did because she was part of the right minority.

Being part of the right minority can be challenging, a journey that's as rewarding as it is demanding. It's about standing out in a crowd, daring to be different, and embracing the power of your unique voice.
On the other hand I believe we also all want to find our own tribe—the people who understand us, support us, and celebrate our individuality.
I am so happy to have some people around me with whom I can share experiences, perspectives, and dreams. It is nice to feel as if you are creating bonds that go further than societal norms and expectations.

But it's not all smooth sailing. I feel very uncertain very often about what I am doing. I am not sure whether that is because of the fact of being part of a minority , because I do not feel that special.
But to realize some dreams it requires resilience, courage, and a determination to challenge the status quo and pave the way for change.

But isn’t it precisely this journey—the highs and lows that shapes us into who we are?

Oh well I am happy that Ophray was part of that right minority as she really stays a role model to me, she continues embracing her uniqueness, but she is also amplifying other people’s voices, and championing diversity and inclusion in all its forms.
I believe it is important to inspire younger generations, so I am very happy to have started this week on Monday with sharing my own journey in front of youngsters thanks to a program called ‘entrepreneurs in front of the class’

Together, we have the power to inspire, to uplift, and to create a world where everyone, regardless of their background or identity, can thrive.

Even if you are not a minority!
