For years, my Friday Thoughts have lived on the page. Since 2018, I’ve written weekly reflections on quintessential questions—the ones that challenge us, push us forward, and make us rethink the way we live, lead, and connect.
But now, it’s time for a new chapter. It’s time to give these thoughts a voice. My voice.
Instead of just reading them, you can now listen. And I believe there’s something powerful about that—about hearing the intention, the emotion, and the meaning behind the words.
Why a Podcast, and Why Now?
Because questions deserve conversation. Because some ideas need more space than just words on a screen. Because when we hear someone speak, we connect in a different way.
And because I believe the best answers start with the right questions—the ones that challenge us, that make us pause, that don’t always have an easy solution.
But there’s another reason I chose this moment. In 2024, a leap year, I launched my book, 10 Quintessential Questions, on February 29—a day that only comes around once every four years. Because we don’t need a leap year to take the leap. We don’t need an extra day on the calendar to start something new, to challenge ourselves, or to step into the unknown. We can do that any day.
So on this first day of Spring the first episode is ready for your ears.
What Can You Expect?
Each episode will be an extension of what I’ve been writing about for years. I’ll explore the deeper motivations behind our decisions, the “why” behind our actions, and the questions that truly matter. Some of these topics will be inspired by my book, 10 Quintessential Questions, while others will be shaped by the world around us, the conversations I have, and the reflections that challenge me in my own life.
And while I have a clear vision for this podcast, I also have other plans—plans I’ll reveal along the way. But for now, I invite you to start listening, start questioning, and start exploring the "why" behind your own life.
The name of the podcast is Quintessential Conversations, the first episode is an introduction, as from next week what I write is what you can listen to. Hope you like it.
