Exploring your own talent is the most beautiful thing you can give to yourself. Your talent should be the air your body and soul need. It is about passion, real passion, the kind of passion that doesn't cost you any energy and on the contrary fills your lungs with air, the air you need to survive.

I think leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is something dynamic, very exciting, and inspiring.
For me there is a big difference between managers and leaders. Leaders are people who do the right thing; managers are people who do things right.
And when you are able to do the right thing and do it right, that is what makes the most inspiring leaders, they lead by example.
I think we are not born as a leader, we decide to become a leader, we decide to take the responsibility to lead. You learn a lot by taking the lead, to dare to lead even if you are not yet sure you are able to do so.
