I got invited by Timothy and Tom in their podcast last week. I feel grateful that my photographer Kim introduced me to these very authentic boys. They are so funny also, I had a blast.

Let me share some take aways…
*Why “to choose is to lose” can be a limiting thought.
*You have specialists and generalists, If a puzzle for a team has to be placed, it is best to first look at the specialists’ places and then add the generalists.
*Why peace of mind and focus are a good combination, at times when you need to focus and get tasks done, make sure there are no distractions. Take care of your own peace of mind. And do not jump on every not urgent problem immediately, some problems resolve themselves.
*How you, as an entrepreneur, can deal with a no and use it positively.
*Stay grateful with the people that helped you on your path, never forget you rarely accomplish something without other people’s help.
*Never associate identity with a status.
In my job as an interviewer, it is very important to be able not focus on prejudices you might have about the person, but start the conversation with an open mind.
I like the concept of the TIMTOM podcast, the only thing they talk about with all the guests is success and happiness. For the rest they dare to jump in the conversation without a preparation.
The podcast starts with a question their last guest left for me. I could also close the podcast with a question for the next guest, not knowing who this will be.
This is the question : “What question was too hard to respond to?”
